Synopsis

Driven by the hope of a better life in the United States, a Haitian family embarks on a perilous journey through the treacherous Darién jungle. Midway through their perilous trek, a tragic event shatters their world, forcing them to confront the darkest aspects of human nature and altering their destiny forever.
