Synopsis

In a quiet western town, a lonely lamp repairman named Astron spends his days surrounded by fading light and forgotten dreams. But when a young blind boy named Ayan brings in a broken star-shaped lamp, the encounter slowly draws Astron into a heartfelt evening filled with stories of stars, wonder, and human connection. Borrowed Light is a tender and emotional short film about grief, hope, and the unexpected ways people can help one another find light again.
