Synopsis

This short documentary tells the story of an indigenous leader, Carolina Barbaran Reategui, Chief of the Native Community of Calleria, who fights to protect the communal forests of the Calleria River from the greed of illegal loggers, also facing the sexist views of the community members that create barriers to her work.
