Synopsis

Hai, a little boy, catches a bird. Long, a cyclo driver, takes a carp for a ride on behalf of the mysterious Mr. Chu. All across Vietnam, people are getting ready to celebrate the Festival of Wandering Souls. That night, by the light of the lanterns, Hai and Long will take the carp and the bird for one last ride...
