Biography

Gizem Suna Kling Erdogan, born April 30, 1987 in Högsbo, is a Swedish actor of Turkish descent. She studied at the theater school in Malmö in 2012-2015. She has participated in performances at the Kulturhuset Stadsteatern in Stockholm and is part of the Göteborg Stadsteater's permanent ensemble, where she has played Alice in the play Alice in Wonderland, among other things. In 2015, she made her feature film debut in Svenskjävel. For her role in Kalifat, she won the award for Actress of the Year in a TV Production at the Kristallen Awards 2020. She was also nominated for Actress of the Year at the Kristallen Awards in 2021 for her role as Leah in The Thin Blue Line. She continues to expand her range with diverse projects, including the horror film Hemmet and the thriller series Vaka.
